摘要
通过对Q690高强钢的材性试验及8组24根Q690高强钢管试件进行轴心受压局部稳定试验,研究了高强钢的力学性能参数及高强钢管在轴心受压下的局部失稳破坏模式和极限承载力。采用ANSYS软件对Q690高强钢管局部屈曲进行有限元模拟,计算中考虑了钢管局部几何缺陷和残余应力的影响。分析了我国和国外规范中关于钢管轴心受压局部稳定的有关计算规定,将试验与数值分析结果及相关规范计算结果进行对比,并且给出了Q690高强钢管径厚比限值及强度折减公式。
This study investigates the mechanical parameters of Q690 high-strength steel through the tensile experiments, and eight groups total 24 specimens of Q690 high-strength steel tubes were tested under axial compression to study their local stability for the failure modes and uhimate bearing capacity. The local stability of Q690 high-strength steel tube was analyzed using the numerical simulation software--ANSYS with the local geometrical imperfection and residual stress in the steel tube considered. The calculation regulations in Chinese and foreign codes on the local stability under the axial compression of steel tube were then analyzed, and the accuracy of the numerical simulation method for Q690 high- strength steel tube was verified. In the meanwhile, the limited value of diameter-thickness ratio for compression members of Q690 steel tube and strength reduction formula could be derived.
