摘要
针对煤层气井排采中含有气体与煤粉的特点,专门设计了泵的增压单元,并且采用压紧式叶轮结构,有效延长了泵的工作寿命。对样机进行室内试验研究,给出了该泵的外特性曲线,结果表明在入口含气率在40%左右时,样机的最高效率达到了40%,单级扬程2.6 m,该泵对高含气率的多相流体混抽效果明显,对煤粉固体颗粒不敏感,在煤层气开采中具有较好的推广应用前景。
A new type of helico-axial multiphase pump for CBM wells was designed. Considering gases and coal fines in CBM wells, a key compression unit was designed and a new kind of compression impeller structure was designed for the new helico-axial multiphase pump which effectively extend the working life of the pump. A test bench was built and many experiments was conducted. The characteristics of the experiment results were given as well. The results show that the efficiency the prototype reached 40% and the head reached 2.6 m when the inlet GVF is 40%. The new pump is good in multiphase pumping and has good prospect of application and extension in coalbed gases exploring.
