摘要
为了提高炮弹表面脱脂效率和减少脱脂废液对环境的污染,研制了一种能在常温下迅速除去炮弹金属表面油污的高效水基脱脂剂。该脱脂剂采用阴离子-非离子表面活性剂复配技术,并辅以多种无机助剂,具有脱脂彻底、速度快,脱脂能力强等特点。采用重量法测定各种不同表面活性剂的脱脂率,对表面活性剂进行复配,确定了脱脂剂配方,并研究了脱脂温度、脱脂剂浓度及脱脂时间对脱脂效果的影响。实验表明,该脱脂剂性能优良,可以满足炮弹表面脱脂的要求。
In order to improve the degreasing efficiency of shell surface and reduce the pollution to the environment, a kind of degreasing agent witch can quickly remove oil on shells metal surface was developed. The degreasing agent used blend technology of anionic and non-ionic surface active agents, and with a variety of inorganic auxiliaries, had advantages of skimmed oil thoroughly, very speed and high ability, etc. The method to determine the weight of different surface active agent skim rate, on the surface active material to mix, determine the degreasing agents formula, and skim temperature, concentration and de-binding degreasing agents to skim effect. The experimental results show that the degreasing agents good performance, and can meet the requirements of the shell skim the surface.
