摘要
以湖北钟祥公司的钙基累托石为原料,经煅烧处理后用焦磷酸钠改性得到钠化累托石(Na+REC),研究其对废水中苯酚吸附效果。利用XRD、TEM、SEM对其结构进行表征,结果表明,Na+REC的层间距大于原累托石,其剥离程度及松散性均优于原累托石,具有较好的吸附性能;采用正交实验方法,确定了Na+REC吸附苯酚的最佳吸附条件,在pH为6,吸附温度25℃,吸附时间为60min,Na+REC用量为0.2g时,吸附效果最佳且吸附率达8.92mg/g。吸附等温线拟合结果表明,该吸附过程符合Freundlich公式。
Na-modification rectorite(Na^+ REC)was prepared using the calcinated rectorite from Hubei Zhongxiang mine The adsorption behavior of Na^+ REC for phenol was investigated. The Na^+ REC were characterized by XRD, TEM and SEM. The XRD showed that the interlamellar spacing of Na^+ REC were larger than REC. The TEM and SEM photographs showed that Na^+ REC had perfect adsorption capability for its higher degree of exfoliation and looser structure than REC. The optimum conditions for adsorption of phenol onto Na^+ REC were determined by orthogonal tests. The results showed that the optimum conditions for adsorption was that solution pH was 6, the adsorption temperature was 25℃, the amount of Na^+ REC was 0. 2g and the adsorption time was 60min, and the adsorption quantity of phenol on Na^+ REC was as high as 8. 92mg/g. The fitting result of adsorption isotherm line showed that the adsorption process conformed to Freundlich formula
