摘要
讨论了多壁碳纳米管的酸处理及碳纳米管复合材料的制备,采用IR、SEM、XRD、TEM、TG技术对开管和填充后的多壁碳纳米管进行分析讨论。XRD、SEM、IR图谱表明开管的碳纳米管杂质完全去除、分散性提高、表面引入了极性基团,TEM表明多数碳纳米管管口已经打开,且其管口及中空部分都填充了不连续金属氧化物颗粒。
The carbon nanotubes were treated with acid and the metal MnO2/carbon nanocomposite was preparated. IR, SEM, XRD, TEMand TG were used to characterize the MWCNTS. XRD, SEM and IR spectrum confirmed that the catalytic residues of the MWCNTS were removed completely. The some oxygen containing surface groups were generated at the CNT surface, which had improved the dispersion of the MWCNTS. The TEM confirmed that the nanotubes were almost opened and have been satisfyactorily filled with metal oxide nanoparticles.
