表面引发聚合法制备PAN-FeCl3/PPy皮芯结构纳米纤维 被引量:1

Fabrication of PAN-FeCl_3/PPy core-shell nanofibers by surface-initiated polymerization

摘要 利用静电纺丝法制备了含有一定质量FeCl3的聚丙烯腈/氯化铁(PAN/FeCl3)复合纳米纤维,并在表面引发聚合吡咯。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对纤维的整体形貌进行表征;应用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对纤维的化学组成进行分析;同时借助热重(TG)分析了表面引发聚合吡咯后对复合纳米纤维热性能的影响。结果表明:采用该方法制备出了以PAN-FeCl3为芯层,聚吡咯(PPy)为皮层的复合纳米纤维,且纤维表面形貌规整均匀,热性能优良。 FeCl3/PPy composite nanofibers were prepared via the electrospinning process and then fabricated PAN- FeCl3/PPy core-shell nanofibers by surface-initiated polymerization. The structure, chemical constitution and thermal stability of PAN nanofibers and PAN-FeCl3/PPy core-shell nanofibers were investigated by SEM, FTIR and TG. All the results showed that,composite nanofibers with PPy shell and PAN-FeCl3 core had been prepared successfully, which showed a good performance of structure and thermal stability.
