摘要
本文以拜耳法赤泥固化堆存为背景,研究了拜耳法赤泥的物理特性和自然沉降特性,比较了不同促沉剂在不同掺量条件下对赤泥浆体沉降性能的影响;通过正交试验优选出赤泥促沉剂的合理配比:腐植酸钠/萘系减水剂/六偏磷酸钠/十二烷基苯磺酸钠=1/11/2/3,在浓度为40%的赤泥浆体中掺用3.4‰的促沉剂,沉降8 h后沉降层浆体浓度可以达到52.6%,24 h后沉降层浓度可以达到59.8%;与自然沉降24 h相比,沉降层浓度提高了27%;对强化浓缩赤泥进行固化,并与自然沉降赤泥固化体相比,内聚力提高了50%,提高了固化堆存的稳定性和安全性。

Compared with natural sedimentation 24 h, settlement layer concentration improved by 27% ; To strengthen the concentrated red mud for curing, compared with natural sedimentation red mud solidified body, the cohesion increased by 50%, which improves the stability and safety of curing pile-up.
