摘要
以某地钾长石作为研究对象,针对原矿性质采用脱泥-强磁选的工艺,通过单因素实验方法,获取最优的磨矿细度和磁场强度。试验结果表明,该选矿工艺能使精矿中K2O+Na2O含量达到12%以上,铁含量降到0.12%,获得了优质钾长石精矿。
The techniques of desliming and high magnetic separation were carried. And the optimal conditions of dressing on grinding fineness and magnetic field strength were obtained by single-factor test methods. The results show that by this means, the content of K2O + Na2O in potassium feldspar concentrate can reach 12% and content of iron was reduced below 0.12%, The high-quality potassium feldspar concentrate was obtained and can meet the quality requirement of premium potassium feldspar product.
