摘要
教学管理模式可以根据不同分类标准进行划分,常见的分类方式有:根据行政管理方式划分为垂直型与扁平型;根据课程管理方式划分为学年制与学分制。从高职教育的特点和需求出发,扁平型管理模式优于垂直型管理模式;学分制管理模式优于学年制管理模式。
The teaching management modes can be classified according to different standards. Most commonly, they can be divided as vertical modes and horizontal modes based on the administrative management type, and as term systems and credit systems according to the course management type. With regards to the features and needs of the higher vocational education, the vertical mode is superior to the horizontal one, and the term system superior to the credit system.
