摘要
目的:观察外踝钩钢板及松质骨空心拉力钉治疗A、B型双踝骨折的临床疗效。方法:32例双踝骨折病例均采用切开复位外踝钩钢板、内踝松质骨空心拉力钉内固定治疗。观察患者伤口愈合情况及并发症,并对踝关节功能进行评定。结果:术后32例骨折均愈合,愈合时间12 w～16 w。患者伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,无伤口感染、皮缘坏死、内固定松动断裂、钢板外露等并发症发生。临床疗效对踝关节功能评分:优24例,良6例,可2例,优良率为93.75%。结论:外踝钩钢板及松质骨空心拉力钉内固定治疗A、B型双踝骨折有较好的临床疗效。
Objective：To summarize lateral malleolus hook plate and cannulated lag screw in treating A,B type double ankle fractures.Methods：32 cases of double ankle fractures were treated with lateral malleolus hook plate and medial malleolus cancellous bone hollow lag screw fixation.Wound healing and complications were observed,ankle function was evaluated.Results：32 cases were healed,fracture concrescence time was 12 w～16 w.No complications such as wound infection,skin necrosis,internal fixation loosening plate exposure were found.The effective rate of ankle function score was 93.75%.Conclusion：The lateral malleolus hook-plate and cancellous bone cannulated lag screws fixation has better clinical curative effect in treating A,B type double ankle fractures.
