摘要
介绍了太阳能光伏铝合金型材产品生产过程的优化模具设计与制造,铝合金化学成分的控制、熔铸和挤压、时效工序和表面处理工序的工艺技术条件控制等,为高精密光伏铝合金型材的生产提供了工艺技术的参考。
This paper briefly introducded the production process of Solar photovohaic aluminum profiles by optimizing the mold design and manufacturing, controlling aluminum alloy chemical composition, con- trolling the technology conditions of casting and extrusion, and the aging process, the surface treatment process, which provides reference conditions of the technology for the production of high precision alumi- num profiles.
