摘要
对食品中氟虫腈的分析检测方法进行了综述,对氟虫腈检测前处理过程使用的提取试剂乙腈、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、正己烷-丙酮(2∶1,V/V)的适用性做了评述,并对固相萃取小柱和洗脱试剂做了简要介绍和比较;最后详细介绍了氟虫腈的仪器分析方法,包括气相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱联用法、液相色谱法、液相色谱-质谱联用法等。
Methods for the detection of Fipronil in food were summarized. Applicability of extracting solvent during sample preparation including acetonitrile, acetone, ethyl acetate, and hexane - acetone (2 : 1, φ) were simply outlined, and a brief introduction about the solid phase extraction column and elution solvent was provied. Finally, the analysis methods of Fipronil including GC, GC - MS, LC, LC/MS/MS were introduced in detail.
