摘要
在分析目前中国建筑能耗状况的基础上,剖析了建筑节能的重要性及其内涵,指出实现建筑节能的有效途径,提出推广节能型住宅模式是促进建筑节能最有效的方法之一。今后建筑节能的发展将围绕资源、能源的高效利用以及最大限度地利用自然能等方式,体现人与自然的和谐发展以及可持续发展的战略理念。
The Chinese building energy consumption is analyzed to point out the importance and meaning of building energy saving. The effective ways are proposed to realize building energy-efficiency. Promoting energy-efficient residential buildings is one of the most effevtive methods. The building energy efficiency will be achieved through effective using of natural energy and resources, which implies the strategic idea of harmonious development between man and nature, as well as the embodiment of sustainable development.
