摘要
为评价奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关性消化性溃疡的疗效。将91例HP阳性的十二指肠和(或)胃溃疡患者随机分为2组:第1组45例,每次口服奥美拉唑20mg、阿莫西林1000mg、克拉霉素500mg,均每日2次,2周为一疗程;第2组46例,给药方式同第1组,只是疗程缩短为1周。疗程结束达4周时复查胃镜及HP。40例HP根除后1年行^(14)C—尿素呼气试验(UBT)。结果第1组有2例图过敏性皮疹而退出观察,43例用于统计学分析。第1组和第2组的HP根除率分别为93.0%和91.3%,十二指肠溃疡和胃溃疡的愈合率分别为95.3%和93.5%。1年的HP再感染率为7.5%。结果表明第1组HP根除率和溃疡愈合率均略高于第2组,两组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组均有较理想的溃疡愈合率和HP根除率。
To evaluate the triple therapy effect of omeprazole , amoxicillin and clarithromy cin on the heli-cobacter pylori ( HP) Associated digestive ulcer . 91 HP positive patients with duodenal and/or gastric ulcer were divided into two groups at random . The first group (45 cases ) received two - week treatment with omeprazole ( 20mg) amoxicillin (lOOOmg) and clarithromylin ( 500mg) twice daily . The second group received one week treatment with the same methods as the first group . Four weeks after completing this treatment , all patients had repeated HP and endoscopic examination and 40 patients received C urea breath test . Results : 2 patients in the first group were excluded because of anaphylactic dermatitis , 43 patients' results were analysed statistically . The eradication rate of the first and the second group was 93. 0% and 91. 3% , respectively . The duodenal and / or gastric ulcer healing rate of them was 95. 3% and 93. 5% , respectively , HP repeatet infection rate ( one year after the treatment ) was only 7. 5%. The HP eradication and digestive ulcer healing rates of the first group were higher than that of the second group . but there is no significant difference between these two group ( P >0. 05) . Our data showed that both groups had an ideal ulcer healing and HP eradication rates after the triple therapy.
