机械通气过程中镇痛镇静及肌肉松弛药物的合理应用 被引量：3

摘要 镇静技术的规范实施为最大限度地发挥机械通气的优势提供了基础和保障，有大样本的RCT研究结果证实了镇静给患者带来的益处01-23，2006年中华医学会重症医学分会出台了重症加强治疗病房患者镇痛和镇静治疗指南，旨在引导镇静镇痛技术的合理化和规范化。但有调查结果显示指南的依从性并不乐观。另外镇静实施不当亦会增加机械通气时间、谵妄、长期认知功能障碍，甚至死亡。
