摘要
增强内部知识整合效果对研究型大学提高知识创新能力具有十分重要的意义。为了探求研究型大学内部知识整合的主要影响因素,在对我国研究型大学科研人员进行问卷调查的基础上,运用结构方程模型和统计分析软件对收集到的296份样本数据进行了统计、分析与处理。研究结果表明:适宜的组织环境对知识整合具有积极的促进作用;不同的知识特性对知识整合的影响不同,既有正面的促进,也有负面的阻碍;知识主体的知识整合意愿、整合能力及人际网络关系对知识整合具有正向的促进作用。
Enhance the effectiveness of knowledge integration within the research universities has vital significance to improve knowledge innovation capability. In order to explore the internal influence factors oi knowledge integration in research university, based on the questionnaire survey to researchers in research university, use structural equation modeling and statistical analysis software to statistics, analysis and processing the 212 samples collected. The results show： Appropriate organization environment play a positive role to knowledge integration; Different knowledge characteristics has different effect to knowledge integration, both positive and negative; Knowledge integration willingness, knowledge integration ability and personal network relations of she main body of knowledge have positive influence to knowledge integration.
