摘要
目的探讨量化健康教育对湿润暴露疗法治疗深Ⅱ度以上烧伤患者的影响。方法选择100例深Ⅱ度以上烧伤患者作为研究对象,均采用湿润暴露无遗疗法,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采取传统健康教育模式,观察组患者采用量化健康教育模式,包括心理指导、饮食指导、功能锻炼指导等。观察两组患者出院时生活质量评分、后遗症发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组患者出院时生活质量评分[(248.1±33.5)分]明显高于对照组(P<0.05);后遗症发生率(12%)显著低于对照组(P<0.01),患者对护理工作满意度(94%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论量化健康教育模式可以有效提高湿润暴露疗法治疗Ⅱ度以上烧伤患者的生活质量,降低后遗症发生率,提高对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To study the influence of the quantitative health education on wet exposure therapy for burn patients with deep Ⅱ degrees above. Methods 100 patients with take wet exposure therapy of deep Ⅱ degrees burn patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 50 cases. Control group were treated the traditional health education mode, the observation group were treated by quantitative health education mode, the two groups of patients discharged when the quality of life score, incidence rate of complications, patient satisfaction were compared. Results The observation group when released from the hospital patients score of quality of life with （248.1±33.5） scores were higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）; sequela rate （12%） was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.01）, patients to nursing job satisfaction （94%） was higher than that the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The quantitative health education model can effectively improve the wet exposure therapy to Ⅱ degrees bum patient＇s quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing job satisfaction.
