摘要
列宁等马克思主义经典作家对帝国主义有精辟的论述,后因多种原因,20世纪后期在多种场合较少提到帝国主义,近来又重新被提及,但一些文章在"帝国主义"之前加个"新"字,即新帝国主义。本文也采用"新帝国主义"的提法。本文分析了新帝国主义产生的时代背景与新帝国主义的特点,指出新帝国主义与老牌帝国主义并没有本质区别,只是有些新的表现,这与时代变化有关。新帝国主义尽管表现强权,但无法避免最终被社会主义取代的历史发展规律。2008年爆发的国际金融危机再次证明了帝国主义正在走向衰落,社会主义在遭遇挫折后正在兴起。
The Marxist classics writers such as Lenin had excellent explication of imperialism, which for various reasons have rarely been mentioned since the late 20th century, but is now being revisited, with the new name of neo-imperialism. This paper will use this new concept and analyses its historical background and characteristics. It is pointed out that neo-imperialism is the same as imperialism in essence yet possesses some new characteristics associated with the change of times. Though neo-imperialism seems mighty now, it could not deny the fate of being displaced by socialism. The international financial crisis since 2008 proves that imperialism is declining and socialism is rising after its downturn.
