摘要 本文对国外报道的霍乱弧菌中的质粒携带率以及质粒决定的生物学功能进行综述。霍乱弧菌无论是 O1、O139还是非 O1非 O139均不同程度携带质粒 ,这些质粒主要与菌株的耐药性有关 ,部分可能与菌株的致病性有一定联系。 The percentage of plasmid in vibrio cholerae (VC) from different countries was reviewed and the biological characteristics were introduced . VC with o1, o139 and non o1, non o139 serogroup possess plasmids. Most of the plamids were associated with drug resistance of the strain while some plasmids may correlated with pathogenicity. Plasmid analysis may play an important role in the molecular biological study of VC.
