摘要
经过对我国12个海岛县产业经济与产业结构现状的分析,我国海岛地区产业结构总体上呈现出一产比重逐年下降,二、三产业比重逐年增长的发展趋势,而海岛社会经济发展滞后、基础设施建设薄弱、生态环境破坏严重等问题限制了海岛产业结构的调整。海岛优势资源的内在驱动、海岛地区三次产业发展等内在需求以及陆域产业转移的需要进一步推动海岛产业结构优化和产业层次提升。海岛地区要综合考虑海岛产业发展优势和约束条件,优化发展第一产业,可持续发展第二产业,加快发展第三产业,建立海岛循环经济产业体系,合理选择海岛主导产业,优化海岛产业服务环境。
On the basis of analyzing the foundation environment of island industrial development and the present situation of island industrial structure of 12 island counties in china, the paper discuss the necessity and limiting factors of adjusting the island industrial structure. The proportion of first industry in island region decreases year by year, and the second and third industry increased steadily. The problems such as backward in social and economic development and infrastructure construction, serious destroyed in ecological environment limits the adjustment of industrial structure in island region. Inner drive of island resources superiority, the requirement of three major industries and industrial transfer of continent further promote the optimization of industrial structure. Considering the advantages and constraints of industrial development, island region should take measures to attain the goal of coordinated development of three industries, establish circular economy industrial system, select leading industry and optimize service environment, thus promote economic development and upgrade industries in island region.
