摘要
目的 :评价氯丙嗪合并电针治疗精神分裂症疗效和安全性。方法 :60例精神分裂症患者分为氯丙嗪合并电针组(电针组 )和单用氯丙嗪 (对照组 )。疗程 6周 ,用 BPRS、TESS评价疗效和毒副作用。结果 :电针组和对照组的疗效相当 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,毒副作用方面电针组发生率低于对照组。结论 :氯丙嗪合并电针与单用氯丙嗪组疗效相当 ,但副作用较少 ,患者依从性强。
Objective: It is to rate the curative effect and security of combining chlorpromazine and electrostimulation in schizophrenia. Methods: Sixty patients with schizophrenia were divided into 2 groups: one was treated combining chlorpromazine and electrostimulation(ES group), The other singly using chlorpromazine(control group). The course of treatment was six weeks. The curative effect, toxic and side effect were rated using the BPRS and TESS. Results: The curative effect of the 2 groups was equivalent. The occurring rate of toxic and side effect in the ES group was lower than that in control group. conclusion: The curative effect of the ES group is equivalent to that of the control's, but the side effect is fewer and patient's compliance strong.
