摘要
建立了N-丙基乙二胺快速净化结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定水产品中氯霉素残留量的方法。水产样品先用乙酸乙酯提取,用N-丙基乙二胺吸附净化后,通过超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定,氘代同位素内标法定量。方法在0.1~10.0μg/kg的添加范围内的平均回收率为85.9%~102.3%,相对标准偏差为3.67%~5.24%,定量检出限为0.1μg/kg。方法除杂净化效果好,快速简便,可用于水产品中氯霉素的日常检测。
An ultra performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry ( UPLC - MS/MS ) method was presented in this paper for the determination of chloramphenicol residues in aquatic products. The samples were ex- tracted by ethyl acetate ,then purified by PSA. Chromatographic separation was performed on UPLC BEH Cls by gradi- ent elution, and the detection was performed by tandem mass spectrometry. The quantification analysis was performed by isotopically internal standard. The average recoveries of chloramphenicol from 0.1 tol0.0p^g/kg were between 85. 9% and 102.3%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were between 3.67 to 5.24%. The limit of quantity (LOQ ) of chloramphenieol was 0.1 Ixg/kg. The method is simple, rapid, with good purifying effect, and suitable for determina- tion of chloramphenicol residue in aquatic products.
