摘要
通过选用特殊加工的电熔镁砂 ,改变镁炭砖的粒度组成及添加剂 ,开发了新型抗高铁熔渣的镁炭砖。在使用中 ,该砖具有较强的对熔渣的亲合力 ,挂渣效果好 ,同时与传统镁炭砖相比又具有很强的抗侵蚀性和较高的高温强度。该砖在天津钢管公司 1 50tUHP电炉上使用 ,表现出对高铁氧化物熔渣极强的适应性 ,1 999年初使用炉龄首次突破 4 0 0炉大关。
The brick was developed by using specially processed fused magnesia, changing particle size and additives of MgO-C brick. Its strong affinity for molten slag results in a good slag hanging effect. It has good resistance to corrosion and high hot strength compared with the original MgO-C brick. Using in 150t UHP EAF in Tianjin Steel Pipes, the brick has strong adaptability to iron oxide molten slag, making campaign of the EAF surpass 400 heats at the beginning of 1999.
