摘要
目的:分析儿童意外伤害干预研究现状,为探索多元化儿童意外伤害干预模式提供依据。方法:运用文献内容分析法,通过Excel建立文献评阅数据库,并将数据库中的数据转入SPSS18.0,对各项指标进行分析。结果:我国儿童意外伤害干预研究较少,干预研究思路多采纳Haddon模型,从教育干预、过程干预、经济干预和强制干预4个方面展开,但具有指导性和系统性的干预模式仍缺乏。结论:应完善儿童意外干预研究的系统性和科学性并强化干预研究对实践的指导作用。
Objective： The research is aimed to analyze preventative interventions of childhood unintentional injury and to explore intervention patterns. Methods：There are few preventative interventions of children＇s unintentional injury in researches. Results：Intervention idea takes Haddon model, intervention of education, engineering, enforcement and economics. Conclusion： Systematic and scientific studies of childhood uninten-tional intervention should be improved and the guiding role of intervention research practice should be strengthened.
