摘要
DNA多态性遗传标记可以是单位点和多位点 ,多态性可根据各种来源和不同的实验室检测技术进行分类 ,本文简要总结了各种通用的标记方法的优点、缺点以及最可能应用价值。并对近几年猪的一些数量性状位点的研究进展进行了综述 ,如产仔数、生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子、成肌因子、组织相容性抗原、肥胖基因。
DNA Polymorphic[WT5,5”BZ] markers can be uni or multi locus,their polymorphism may stem from various sources , and its detection be achieved by different laboratory techniques, the commonly used markers are presented here briefly. Advantages,drawbacks and best possible applications for the various types of DNA markers were showed.The approach reserched in recent years in quantitative trait loci(QTL) on pig, such as litter size, growth hormone, IGF Ⅰ,myogenin,MHC,ob and OBR ,RYRI etc,were reviewed.
