肥胖病与代谢综合征3例报告 被引量：1

摘要 肥胖被视为一种以机体脂肪含量过多为主要特征的多病因、合并多种慢性病：高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、胰岛素抵抗所致的代谢综合征。世界卫生组织（WHO）已确定肥胖是一种病,肥胖病将成为全球首要健康问题[1]。现将3例肥胖合并代谢综合征报告如下。1病例报告例1,男,年龄18岁,学生,该患因四肢无力、咳嗽、发烧2日于2006年2月14日就诊,查尿：尿糖强阳性,尿酮强阳性。
