甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察 被引量：13

Efficacy of Insulin Glargine Combined with Glimepiride in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的观察甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法收集50例口服降糖药血糖控制不达标的2型糖尿病患者,采用甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗,观察患者用药前后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白的变化情况。结果用药后患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲可较好地控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖,且低血糖发生率低,方法安全简便,是糖尿病患者理想的治疗方案。
