摘要
提出了采用光电直读光谱法测定轧制态碳钢中碳、硅、锰、磷、硫、镍、铬、铜、钼、钒、铌、铝、硼、钙、钛、钨、铅、砷、锡、锑、锌等21种元素的含量。测定中选择氩气压力为0.7MPa,冲洗时间为5.0s,极距2.85mm。在优化的试验条件下,21种元素测定值的相对标准偏差(n=12)在0.3%~15%之间。方法用于线材和棒材实际样品分析,测定结果与化学分析方法的测定结果相一致。
Contents of C,Si,Mn,P,S,Ni,Cr,Cu,Mo,V,Nb,Al,B,Ca,Ti,W,Pb,As,Sn,Sb and Zn in samples of rolled carbon steel were determined by direct-reading spectrometry.Flow-rate and irrigation time of argon used in the determination were taken at 0.7 MPa and 5.0 s respectively,and electrode distance was taken at 2.85 mm.Under the optimized experimental conditions,values of RSD′s(n=12) of the 21 elements found were in the range of 0.3%-15%.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of wire and bar samples,and the results obtained were in conformity with those found by chemical method.
