摘要
针对国内现行使用的机械控制及气动控制取力器离合方式的不足点,创造性的提出采用电液控制器去实现取力器的啮合和分离。可以保证取力器的啮合精度和啮合稳定性,极大的延长了取力器的使用寿命,扩大了取力器在各种底盘上的使用范围,同时易于实现自动化控制。
According to the mechanical control and gas in China currently used pneumatic control PTO clutch mode problems, creatively proposes using electro-hydraulic controller to achieve the meshing and separating PTO. Can guarantee the PTO meshing accuracy and the meshing stability, greatly prolongs the service life of PTO, expand the scope of the use of force in various chassis, and is easy to realize automatic eontrol.
