摘要
本文以保护水域为目标,阐述了点源排污总量的控制方法.根据水域污染物的输入、控制总量,反馈到点源的相应关系,确定点源排污总量、分配负荷.对需要消减污染负荷的受控点源,采用价值系数排列法,优化筛选治理方案.
The control method of the amount of discharge capacity from point pollution so'urces was discussed for purpose of protecting aqueous area in this paper. According to the input and control amount of pollutant of aqueous area, as well as the relations of feed back to point pollution sources.Their amount of discharge and distribute load were determined.The method of arranging coefficient of value was adopted for the controlled point sources that had to be decreased pollution load so as to select treatment scheme through optimization.
