摘要
采用四点弯曲疲劳试验,模拟研究了地铁钢筋混凝土梁疲劳刚度衰减劣化特点以及与疲劳荷载应力水平间的关系,试验同时还得到空气环境以及杂散电流和氯盐环境耦合环境下的腐蚀疲劳S-N方程。研究表明,在相同应力水平作用下,腐蚀疲劳构件和空白样的疲劳刚度衰减过程均呈典型的三阶段特征,相对空白样,腐蚀疲劳构件表现出典型的腐蚀疲劳特征。同时还通过对比分析,得出不同应力水平下腐蚀疲劳构件的疲劳刚度衰减过程总体上均呈现出三阶段特征,衰退速率会随应力水平增大而增加,并且当应力水平较大时衰减过程可能会退化成二阶段。
Through the four-point bending fatigue test, characteristics of the subway reinforced concrete beams and the level were studied on simulation. Corrosion fatigue equations of the fatigue stiffness degradation attenuation relationship between fatigue load and stress S-N under the coupled environment of stray current and chlorine salt environment have also been presented in the experiments. The research showed that in the same load level, fatigue stiffness attenuation processes of corrosion fatigue specimens and the contrast specimens present the typical three stage characteristics. Compare to the contrast specimens, corrosion fatigue specimens show the typical corrosion fatigue feature. Through comparison and analysis under different load levels, fatigue stiffness attenuation process of corrosion fatigue specimens show three stage characteristics on the whole, the decay rate will increases as load level increases, and the attenuation process may degenerate into two stages when the load level become bigger.
