SOLID STATE FERMENTATION OF LIGNIN ENZYMES WITH STEAM EXPLODED STRAW

摘要 The solid state fermentation of lignin enzymes with steam exploded straw was studied. The results showed high lignin enzymes activity and productivity of Lip and MnP were 21.667 U/L h -1 and 11.458 U/L h -1 , respectively. In media, the steam exploded straw might not only act as nutriments,but also inducement for lignin enzymes, and replace 3,4-dimethoxybenzyl alcohol. The optimum fermentation conditions could reduce the cost of lignin enzymes. The productivity of LiP and MnP were 21.667 U/L h -1 and 11.458 U/L h -1 , respectively.
