摘要
结合实际工程案例,介绍了超高层建筑的设计思路,从塔楼和裙房的功能分布、位置设计、电梯布置等方面探讨了建筑设计方法,从交通组织、空间环境、服务设施方面讨论了建筑环境设计要点,总结了建筑技术要点,有利于其他类似工程的实际应用。
Combining with factual engineering example,the paper introduces the design ideas for the super-high-rise buildings,explores the architectural design methods from the functional distribution of tower buildings and annex,the location design,and the allocation of elevators,discusses the design points for the architectural environment from the traffic organization,the space environment,and service facilities,and sums up the architectural and technical points,so as to be beneficial for the application in similar projects.
