摘要
黑龙江省是农业大省,也是旅游大省,农业旅游资源十分丰富,具有广阔的发展前景。同时,随着我国国民经济的迅速发展、人民生活水平的提高,为黑龙江农业旅游创造了前所未有的内外部环境。如何制定农业旅游的可持续发展战略,以适应不断变化的环境,是发展黑龙江省农业旅游所必须面对的一个重要问题。应针对资源及人文等内部条件进行优势和劣势分析;针对外部条件进行机会与威胁分析;最后在对内外部条件分析的基础上,提出黑龙江农业旅游的发展策略。
Heilongjiang is a major agricul.tural province, at the same time it is also a leading tourism province, The agritourism resources ale quite rich and it has vast potential for future development. The rapid development of national economy and the improvement of people＇s living standard havt, brought about an unprecedented external and internal environmenl for boosting Heilongjiang＇s agritourism. It is now vitally important how tO formulate a sustainable agrit~~urism development strategy, so as ito adapt to the co,~sta^tly changing environment. First of all, the advantages and disadvantages in Heilongjiang＇s agritouri.sm resou,-c.es and its＂ humanistic environment must be found out, scondly, the external opportunities and treats are also. to be analyzed, and then, to present a Heilongjiang＇s agritourism development strategy.
