摘要
本文介绍以延胡索中的止痛成分总生物碱及延胡索乙素为指标 ,对长岛、昆嵛山、牙山、日照等野生延胡索、引种浙元胡作了质量对比实验。从生物碱的含量测定及薄层分析结果看 ,浙元胡适宜在山东大面积引种 ,山东的野生延胡索亦可供药用。
WT5BZ]This article uses Corydalis yanhusuos sedative constituent amount alkaloid and dl tetrahyd ropalmatine as the index,makes a quality compared experiment of wild C.yanhusuo and implanted Zhejangs C.yanhusuo in Changdao,Kunyusha,Yashan and Rezhao.From the result of alkaloid assay and TLC analysis,it can be concluded that its quite suitable to implant Zhejangs C.yanhusuo in Shandong.And Shangongs wild C.yanhusuo can also provide a medical use.
