摘要
报道了西洋参浸膏和西洋参茶中人参皂苷 Rg1与 Re的反相高效液相色谱( RP- HPL C)测定法 ,用十八烷基硅烷键合相柱 ,UV 2 0 3 nm检测 ,流动相为乙腈 -0 .0 5%磷酸溶液 ( 18∶ 82 )。比较了样品的纯化方法。
WT5BZ]An RP HPLC method for the determination of Ginsenosides Rg1 and Re in extract of Panax quinquefolium L.and Panax quinquefolium L.tea was reported.Using Inertsil ODS 2(150×4 6 mm I.D.) column with acetonitril 0 05% phosphoric acid solution(18∶82) as mobile phase,detection UV 203 nm.Sample purification was also discussed.The established method was proved to be rapid,sensitive and have a good reproducibility.
