摘要
目的 观察美兰光化学法灭活红细胞制品中病毒对红细胞膜的影响。方法 在离体条件下 ,观察光化学处理后单线态分子氧对红细胞膜结构及组分的影响。结果 经光照灭活病毒后 ,红细胞膜脂质流动性 ,膜蛋白组分及含量与对照红细胞相比差异无显著意义 ,而膜脂过氧化酶含量与对照红细胞相比差异有显著意义。
Objective To observe the influence of virus inactivation by methylene blue illumination on erythrocyte membrane.Methods The in vitro effect of singlet molecular oxygen on the structure and component of erythrocyte membrane was studied.Results After virus was inactivated by methylene blue illumination, no significant change were observed in the fluidity as well as protein component and content of erythrocyte membrane compared with control. However, the malonyldialdehyde content in the membrane was significantly changed.Conclusion Methylene blue illumination can damage erythrocyte membrane to a certain degree.
