摘要
超声检测技术作为无损检测技术的重要手段之一,在其发展过程中起着重要的作用。基于此主要针对数字超声系统的接收电路进行改进,并且介绍了每一部分电路功能。从硬件方面详细分析了接收调理电路的整体构架,并对外围电路的设计提出了改进,提高了接收电路中信号的可控性和可靠性。
As one of the important means in non-destructive testing technology, the ultrasonic testing plays an important role in its development process. This article mainly introduces the receive circuit improvement of digital ultrasonic system and every part of this circuit function. It analyzes in details the whole frame of receive circuit from the respects of hardware and improves the peripheral cir- cuit design. It increases the controllability and reliability of signal in receiving circuit.
