摘要
为解决学生在扎实掌握理论知识的基础上,掌握一定的生产与应用技术、同时具备一定科研能力的问题,以生物技术专业大四学生为授课对象,分别针对理论教学环节、实践教学环节及学生成绩的评定方面对《酶工程》课程进行了建设,并对建设效果进行了评价。
To make students grasp some production and application techniques as well as acquire some research capabilities on the basis of solid theory knowledge, course construc-tion was made in theory teaching, practice teaching and accomplishment evaluation with students taken from seniors in biotechnology. The effect was appraised.
