摘要
针对物业费的管理问题,采用文献分析的方法,分析了物业管理费的原则、项目构成、收费标准的具体测算方法,提出了把握综合平衡、制订明确规则、制定相关文件等建议。研究结果对加强物业费的收缴管理具有参考价值。
In view of the management of maintenance fee,document and reference analyses were made on the principles of maintenance fee,item composition,and detailed formulation of fee calculation.Accordingly,solutions were pointed out： keeping comprehensive balance,formulating explicit regulations,designating related documents and so forth.Results can help reinforce the collection and management of maintenance fee.
