摘要
实验结果表明 :烟草愈伤组织在生长和衰老期间 ,总呼吸速率 ( Vt)分别在 1 1 d和 1 9d出现 2次呼吸跃升 ;细胞色素途径的运行 (ρ′Vcyt)与 Vt的变化几乎一致 ,表明细胞色素途径仍是愈伤组织主要的电子传递途径 ;交替途径容量 ( Valt)及其与 Vt的比值 ( Valt/ Vt) :在1 5d前不断上升 ,而在 1 5~ 1 9d之间处于稳定水平后下降。交替途径运行 ( ρValt)及其对 Vt的贡献 (ρValt/ Vt)却与 Valt变化趋势相似。反映到交替途径运行分数ρ值上 ,在 1 5d前不断提高 ,到 1 5d时达到最大值为 0 .55。显然愈伤组织在生长和衰老期间抗氰交替途径承担少量的呼吸电子流传递 ,也表明 Valt与 ρValt变化几乎一致 ,推测抗氰呼吸可能参与了烟草愈伤组织起始衰老。
The results showed that during the growth and senescence of tobacco callus,the total respiration rate (Vt) had two peaks at the 11 th and 19 th days;the cytochrome pathway (ρ′Vcyt) showed a consistency with Vt,these results suggested electron transport pathway depended mainly on the cytochrome pathway;furthermore,the capacity of the alternative pathway (Valt) and its ratio to Vt (Valt/Vt) increased before 15 days,however,ρValt and its contribution to Vt changed in a similar manner between 15 and 19 days,and then decreased.The ρ value of alternative pathway increased gradually before 15 days,and reached the maximum value at the 15 th days.All these results showed that the development and operation of the alternative pathway of callus had same changing patterns during the growth and senescence of tobacco callus,and also suggested the cyanide resistant respiration was not the main pathway for respiratory electron transport.The possible participation of the alternative pathway in response to the initial senescence process was discussed.
