摘要
土地整理是新农村建设中保证可持续化发展和经营土地资源的重要一环。土地整理的投入是巨大的,但政府可以投入土地整理项目的财政资金非常有限。土地整理项目进行多元化融资,是各地政府急需解决的问题。本文结合土地整理项目的实务,从财务筹资战略方面分析多种融资方式的利弊,以期寻找到推进土地整理的顺利发展的融资之道。
Land consolidation is very important to ensure the sus-tainable development and the management of land resources in the new rural construction. Investment in land consolidation is huge, but the funding that the government can put into land con-solidation project is very limited. The diversification of land con-solidation project financing is s an urgent problem that the local governments need to be resolved. This paper combines with the practice of the land consolidation project, from the aspects of fi-nancial funding strategy analysis of the pros and cons of various financing way, in order to find the way to promote the smooth de- velopment of the land consolidation financing.
