Hizbullah in Lebanon mainly has three identities: anti -Israel resist- ance organization, legal mainstream political party, and social welfare organiza- tion. These identities influence and promote each other, bringing strong vitality to Hizbullah. Since its birth in 1982, Hizbullah has conducted two strategic adjust- ments. It ran for parliamentary election after the civil war in 1990 and fully participated in politics since 2005. In recent years, Syria crisis triggered by ' Arab Spring' has seriously challenged Hizbullah, and Bashar regime' s survival directly influenced its domestic and international situation. Under such circumstances, Hizbullah' s weapon problem became more acute and Lebanon is also facing a serious political crisis.
