摘要
以山西太岳山不同坡向20年生油松人工林为研究对象,利用Li-6400便携式光合仪测定了不同叶龄和冠层部位针叶的光响应曲线和CO2响应曲线。结果表明:在不同冠层部位和叶龄上,以及不同坡向上,净光合速率(Pn)、光饱和点(PLS)、光补偿点(PLC)、暗呼吸(Rd)、表观量子效率(α)存在差异。随着冠层下降和叶龄增加,大多数光合生理特征指标表现出递减的趋势。对于阴坡油松,大多数表现出具有较高的表观量子效率、最大净光合速率(Pmax);对于阳坡油松,大多数表现出较高的光饱和点、光补偿点、暗呼吸和CO2羧化效率。冠层光合特性的空间异质性研究,对于在冠层水平上揭示植物固碳能力和估算植物生产力具有很重要的意义。
With the 20-year-old Pinus tabulaeformis on the different sides of Taiyue Mountain in Shanxi Province, Li-6400 portable photosynthetic system was used to measure the relevant light and CO2 response curves of different canopy positions and leaf ages. The results showed that in different canopy positions, leaf ages and sides there is difference among the physiolog- ical indices including net photosynthetic rate ( P. ), light saturation point ( PLS ), light compensation point ( PLc ) , dark respiration (Rd ) and apparent quantum efficiency (a). Moreover, with the drop of the canopy position and the increase of leaf age, the majority of indices decrease. P. tabulaeformis on the shady slope shows higher α and Pmax, while that on the sunny slope shows greater PLS, PLC, Rd and CO2 carboxylation efficiency. The research on the spatial heterogeneity of photosynthetic characteristics of the canopy could significantly contribute to reveal carbon sequestration capacity and estimate plant productivity.
