摘要
[目的]用高效液相色谱法测定刀豆中不同浓度的嘧霉胺残留量,获得检测条件,并比较刀豆与冬瓜中嘧霉胺残留量的差异。[方法]刀豆样品在乙腈中匀浆,过滤后用甲醇-二氯甲烷溶液萃取,提取残留的嘧霉胺,在270 nm波长下分析不同浓度的嘧霉胺对添加回收率的影响。[结果]刀豆对嘧霉胺的保留能力比冬瓜要强,使得嘧霉胺回收率增加。[结论]不同种类的蔬菜对嘧霉胺的残留量有一定差异,表皮是否是影响残留量的决定因素是后续研究的重点。
[Objective] The aim was to determine different concentration pyrimethanil residues of the concanavalin by high pefomance liquid chromatography,and get the detection conditions ,then compare the differences of pyrimelhanil residues in sword bean and wax gourd . [Methodl Homogenating sword bean in acetonilrile, exlraclitlg pyrimelhanil residued by extracting with methanol - methylene chloride solution after filtration.And lhe impact of different concentrations of pyrimethanil added recoveries in the 270nm were analyzed. [Resultl Pyrimethanil retention capacity of sword bean was stronger than wax gourd.This factor maked pyrimethanil recoveries of sword increase. [Conelusionl Pyrimethanil residue in different vegetables were difference.Whether skin affected residues would be the focus of follow-up study.
