摘要
目的探讨动脉瘤栓塞前后大小对比的意义。方法应用GE Innova 3100平板数字减影血管造影(digitalsubtraction angiography,DSA),利用三维后处理工作站测量30例动脉瘤其栓塞前后的大小。结果动脉瘤栓塞前后的大小对比,相差±10%。结论栓塞前后的大小对比与动脉瘤的填塞率有着密切关系,是评估动脉瘤会不会被弹簧圈撑破的重要依据。三维动脉瘤测量以及适当的填塞率是动脉瘤栓塞过程中的重要环节,对更加安全地实施手术起关键作用。
Objective To compare the aneurysm size before and after embolization and investigate its significance.Methods The three-dimensional post-processing workstation of GE Innova 3100 flat-panel digital subtraction angiography（DSA） was utilized to measure the size of 30 aneurysms before and after embolization.Results The difference of the sizes between before and after embolization is about 10%.Conclusion The sizes before and after embolization have close relationship with the aneurysm filling rate,and are the important references to assess whether the aneurysm would be broken by the coil or not.Three-dimensional measurement and the appropriate filling rate are critical in the aneurysm embolization to assure the safety of the surgery.
