Treg细胞平衡在免疫性血小板减少症发病中的意义被引量：16

摘要原发性免疫性血小板减少症（primary immune thrombocytopenia，ITP）是一种排除其他疾病所致血小板减少（血小板计数〈100×10^9／L）的免疫性疾病。现阶段资料显示，除体液免疫机制外，细胞免疫也在ITP的发病中起重要作用，主要表现在CD4＋T细胞亚型漂移，尤其是Th1／Th2及Th17／Treg两对细胞的平衡紊乱在ITP发病中起重要作用。
