摘要
目的:探讨艾滋病患儿营养不良的影响因素,为临床制定针对性治疗措施提供依据。方法:将2010年1月～2012年5月收治的30例艾滋病住院患儿作为观察组,选取同期我院体检科就诊的30名健康同龄儿作为对照组,分别对两组营养指标进行测定,比较两组营养状况差异,分析患儿营养不良的影响因素。结果:艾滋病患儿营养不良的影响因素包括个人因素、家庭因素、社会因素。两组营养指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:艾滋病患儿营养指标明显低于同龄健康儿童,受个人、家庭及社会因素影响。
Objective：To study the influencing factors of malnutrition in children with AIDS in order to provide basis for clinical treat- ment. Methods：30 hospitalized AIDS children patients who were admitted from January 2010 -May 2012 were taken as the observation group ; other 30 healthy children of the same age who had checkup in our hospital were taken as the control group. The nutritional indexes of the children in both groups were determined and the difference in nutritional status was compared between the two groups so as to ana- lyze the influencing factors of malnutrition in children with AIDS. Results ~ The influencing factors of malnutrition of children with AIDS in- eluded personal factors ,family factors and social factors. The difference in the comparison of the nutritional indexes of the children was sta- tistically significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The nutritional indexes were obviously lower in children with AIDS than the healthy children of the same age and they are influenced by individual,family and social factors.
