摘要
目的:探讨互动式健康教育对鼻咽癌同期放化疗患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:将72例鼻咽癌同期放化疗患者随机分成观察组和对照组各36例,对照组按放疗常规护理给予健康指导,观察组在此基础上给予互动式健康教育。比较两组患者第4,24,45天治疗依从性及满意度。结果:观察组第24,45天治疗依从性及满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:互动式健康教育可有效提高鼻咽癌同期放化疗患者的治疗依从性及满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective：To discuss the effect of interactive health education on treatment compliance of nasopharyngeal cancer patients undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Methods ：72 patients who received concurrent chemoradiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （ 36 eases in each group ）. The instruction was given to the patients in the control group according to routine nursing care during radiotherapy and the interactive health education was additionally implemented in the observation group based on the routine instruction. The treatment compliance and satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups respec- tively on the 4th ,24th and 45th day. Results ： The treatment compliance and satisfaction of the patients on the 24th and 45th day were better in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The interactive health education can effectively improve the treatment compliance and satisfaction of nasopharyngeal cancer patients with chemoradiotherapy.
