摘要
用氢氧化钾和乙酸对聚酰亚胺纤维进行表面化学改性,通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和热重分析仪(TGA)检测分析了化学改性对聚酰亚胺纤维结构和性能的影响。实验结果表明,通过化学改性能够在纤维表面的分子结构中引入亲水基团;同时在纤维表面产生微蚀刻现象,并且适当的改性处理能提高纤维的结晶度,但是对纤维的热稳定性能和物理强度性能有一定影响。
With potassium hydroxide and acetic acid on the polyimide fiber surface chemical modification, the structure and properties was investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The results showed that hydrophilic groups were introduced to the surface of polyimide fiber by chemical modification, the fiber surface occurred the phenomenon of micro-etching, and it also improved the degree of crystallinity of the fiber when modified polyimide fiber in a certain time, but had some negative impact on thermal stability and physical strength properties of the fiber.
